Return policy

Within one year of receiving your order, you may return or exchange up to 40 feet of Rock-on-a-Roll without regard to its condition, and we will pay the return shipping charges. For any amount greater than 40 feet, the product must be in new condition, and you are responsibile for the shipping charges. For example, if you purchase 32 feet of the product, and you use it in your pond, then decide it is not suitable for your project, you can contact us via phone or email and we will send you a prepaid label. We will accept the product even if it has been used and cannot be resold. If however, you purchase 72 feet of the product, we are responsible for shipping charges for the first 40 feet, and you are responsible for the extra 32 feet. In addition, the 32 feet portion must be in new condition.
